BioWizard will use the funding to further enhance its web-based portal and to initiate its strategic marketing programs.

BioWizard secured $675,000 in Series A Preferred Stock from MentorTech Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund that invests in information technology, marketing technology and medical device companies with a primary focus on those companies originating at the University of Pennsylvania.
