Philadelphia, PA, October 23, 2007––Styky, a new mobile application that leverages the
mobile phonebook to send, share and save mobile content, is poised to provide
advertisers with unprecedented opportunities to reach young consumers through the use
    of mobile couponing.

Styky, which is targeted to college students and young professionals ages 18-34,
capitalizes on the phenomenal popularity of social networking. “Designed specifically for
mobile devices, Styky goes beyond the confines of popular web-based social networking
applications to cultivate a user’s primary information source, their mobile phonebook, as
a hub for targeted advertising promotions,” said Kunal Gupta, the driving force behind
Styky and CEO of Fone2Fone, Inc., the company that developed the application.
Styky’s mobile couponing, called ‘Steals’, allows users to access coupons that match
their specific interests—food, entertainment, nightlife and others. Steals is a consumerdriven
advertising model in that the users themselves decide when and where to retrieve
coupons vs. a push model from the advertiser. Users redeem coupons easily and
conveniently by displaying their mobile phone screen to participating advertisers.
Gupta is quick to point out the exceptional reach that can be achieved as a result of
Styky’s viral nature. “Our network grows each day as friends refer friends. New users
who join the network have immediate access to Steals. The ability to share
content––including coupons––is what ultimately fuels the continued growth and
popularity of Styky. Users can enjoy sharing great promotions with their network of Styky
    buddies,” stated Gupta.

Styky, created by Fone2Fone, Inc., is a mobile social networking application that
uniquely combines social networking, contact updating and backup, and mobile
couponing in one convenient application. Designed and optimized specifically for mobile
platforms, Styky is one of the only mobile applications that uses an individual's mobile
phonebook as the basis of their social network. The application is available on AT&T, TMobile,
and Sprint and runs across a growing number of mobile platforms. For more

Philadelphia, PA, October 23, 2007––Styky, a new mobile application that provides
easy, no-cost phonebook backup, updating and restoration, is now available through
Facebook. One of a select group of new products that earned a coveted spot to debut
last month at the internationally recognized TechCrunch expo, Styky saves users from
the worry of losing vital contact information if or when a mobile phone is lost or stolen.
Styky’s entree into Facebook comes at an opportune time for its users. “There are over
500 active “I lost my phone number” groups on Facebook. We immediately knew that we
would be able to address this unmet need for an effective, practical and free solution for
phonebook backup,” said Kunal Gupta, the driving force behind Styky and CEO of
Fone2Fone, Inc., the company that developed the application.

"The synchronization between Styky and Facebook is unique. Styky does much more
than just store phone numbers: it actually “talks” to a user's phone and eliminates the
nuisance of ever having to manually re-enter a phone number again. In addition, Styky
allows Facebook users to easily share phone numbers––again without the
inconvenience of manual entry," said Gupta.

In addition to phonebook backup and automatic updating, Styky offers other highly
desirable functions at no cost. Leveraging the mobile phonebook to build a social
network, Styky is also able to provide its users with the ability to share and save
messages and photos, as well as search for and share mobile coupons for a wide
    variety of products and services.

To access Styky Phonebook from Facebook, simply go to mobile applications or type
Styky in the site’s search box. Currently, the downloadable mobile application is
available on AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint and runs across a growing number of mobile
platforms. Styky can also be accessed from the web. For more information, text

Fun and Functionality Ensure Users “Never Lose Contact”

Philadelphia, PA, September 17, 2007—Today Styky releases its new mobile social networking
application at TechCrunch in San Francisco, CA. Styky was one of 100 hot products
selected from more than 700 applicants from 26 countries to present at this prestigious
venture capital conference, where only the most promising new technology products are
    showcased.

The conference is organized by TechCrunch, a weblog that has a following of some of
the industry’s most notable pundits. This year’s event includes a who’s who in
technology, including Esther Dyson, Guy Kawasaki and Marc Andressen. Among the
roster of big league attendees, Styky hopes to gain the attention of industry leaders,
    venture capitalists, and prominent media.

Kunal Gupta, the driving force behind Styky and CEO of Fone2Fone, Inc., the company
that developed the application, describes Styky as a fusion of MySpace, Plaxo, and
Sunday paper coupons. Users can wirelessly share digital content, automatically update
and backup contact information, and access money-saving coupons. “It’s the ideal tool
for anyone who’s ever lost their phone, changed carriers, lost touch with friends, or loves
    to save money,” said Gupta.

The Styky platform is built specifically for mobile devices, unlike competing products,
which are designed as web-based applications. To accommodate the different shapes
and sizes of mobile phones, Styky employs a unique user interface for each device.
Most importantly, the application has been created around the interests of college
students and young professionals, a group that has demonstrated a phenomenal
appetite for social networking. “We look forward to providing these users with all the fun
and functionality that Styky offers—all for free and in a single application,” Gupta added.

For more
